About Charlie
With 15 years of real estate experience, I have executed the sale and purchase of properties ranging from single-family residences to apartment buildings, fully understanding the emotional adventure of selling or buying a personal residence to the financial importance of numbers when it comes to investment properties. I earned both a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Business from San Diego State University, and was a Financial Analyst and the Relationship Manager of high-net-worth commercial portfolios for the AAA+ rated international bank Rabobank N.A.
My motto of Experience, Responsiveness, and Enthusiasm is why the bulk of my clients are through referrals. My experience helps balance the emotional feelings with an objective view, my responsiveness is my way of making each client feel like they are my only client, and my enthusiasm keeps everything fun and motivating through the entire real estate process.
Having lived in different parts of San Diego County, my wife and I have settled into our home in Rancho San Diego. Our location serves as a gateway to our adventures whether it is the mountains, the desert or Baja. Overlanding, adventure motorcycle riding, hiking, camping and bicycle riding are some of the activities we enjoy. At home, my wife is an avid student of Pilates and I enjoy playing the drums. It's also not uncommon for us to share our home with a foster dog or two.
