His early career saw him excel in sales and client services, from managing an AT&T store to advocating for victims of identity theft at the Identity Theft Resource Center. His flair for understanding and meeting customer needs was further honed at Ethan Allen, where he excelled as a Client Service Specialist, managing high-volume client interactions with finesse.
The past decade has been a transformative period for Will, marked by his deep dive into the real estate sector. His roles as a consultant, analyst, and team leader have not only showcased his expertise in real estate but also highlighted his leadership qualities and strategic thinking. These experiences have seamlessly paved the way for his most recent and exciting role as the Director of Operations and Growth for the Cane Real Estate Team, starting September 2023.
Outside the office, Will is a devoted family man, cherishing moments with his wife Rebecca and their daughter Josephine. Residing in South Escondido, the family enjoys their frequent visits to the Wild Safari Park, reflecting Will's love for nature and community.
